Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
16 oz. pkg. strawberries and juice

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, oil and nuts.
Beat.
Stir in strawberries.
Batter is thick.
Place in 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Refrigerate.
You can freeze the bread.
