Grits Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold grits
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Place in well-greased muffin pans.
    Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
