Rick'S Chicken Tropical - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 to 8 skinless chicken breasts (halves)
Preparation

Combine mustard and molasses in small saucepan.
Add other ingredients.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Place chicken in flat casserole and pour mixture over it.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serves 6 to 8.
