Pumpkin Bread(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Sift the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking soda into a medium size bowl.
    Beat the sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs into a second medium size bowl until well blended.
    Stir in the dry ingredients until well mixed.
    Turn into the prepared pan.
