Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. lemon flavored instant Jell-O
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Preparation

Mix well and roll in walnut size or smaller. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
