Blackened Shark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shark fillets
    1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large griddle or skillet over medium to high heat until very hot.
    Meanwhile, combine red pepper, paprika, garlic powder and salt; cut lemon in half.
    Squeeze lemon over each side of all fillets.
    Place fillets in hot skillet or griddle.
    Sprinkle lightly with spices; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Turn fillets.
    Sprinkle lightly with spices.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
