Zucchini Bread Or 24 Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. ???
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini with skin
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix liquid ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients together; mix until combined thoroughly.
    Grease and flour bread loaf pans or muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
