Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. butter (can be omitted if broth is rich)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    yellow food color (if desired)
    chicken or beef broth
Preparation
    In a bowl, place flour.
    Make a well.
    Drop in remaining ingredients.
    Mix with fork, then fingers until it forms stiff dough.
    Roll out very thin on floured surface.
    Cut as you desire. Drop into hot beef or chicken broth or potato soup and cook.
    If broth is weak, may add bouillon cube for more flavor.
