Ingredients

3 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. lard
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
Preparation

Mix well and put in rolls.
Roll each roll in waxed paper so it will not dry out.
Cool overnight and slice into cookies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
