Summer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size yellow squash, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. corn chips, crushed
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash in a small amount of boiling water until tender, but still crisp; drain.
    Saute onion in butter; add squash, stirring to mix.
    Spoon mixture into lightly greased quart baking dish.
    Layer with eggs, then cheese, then corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
