Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. coconut
    4 beaten eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given, mixing well.
    Pour into 2 standard size loaf pans or 8 mini loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in standard size loaf pans for 1 hour/mini loaf pan 45 minutes or until done (should be golden brown).
