Fresh Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda and salt. in a large bowl of electric mixer at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Fold in apples and pecans. Turn into prepared pans. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
