Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. cranberries, ground
2 large apples
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, cut fine
Preparation

Dissolve jello and gelatine in hot water.
Add cold water and chill.
Add ground cranberries, apples, celery, pineapple, sugar and pecans to jello.
Grease dish or mold with mayonnaise to prevent sticking. Chill. Serves 18 to 20.
