Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Gradually add sugar, then oil.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to first mixture alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
    Put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake on lowest rack at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Freezes well.
