Quiche Lorraine(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury All Ready pie crust
    1 egg white
    1/4 lb. sliced bacon (about 4 slices)
    2 c. milk, cream or half and half
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    fresh nutmeg, grated
    1/2 c. diced Swiss or sharp cheese (about 3 oz.)
Preparation
    Place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate according to package directions.
    Brush pie crust with egg white.
    Then prick pie crust with fork; set aside.
