Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine mashed bananas and sugar; blend well.
Add egg and oil; mix well.
Add flour, vanilla and nuts; mix well, then pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
