Spicy Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken wings, cut apart
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. flour
1 tsp. butter
hot sauce to taste
1 c. grease for frying
Preparation

Rinse
chicken\twings.\tAdd
salt
and\tpepper to flour (other seasonings
may
be added if desired) in a bowl.
Heat grease. Coat
chicken
wings
with flour mixture and place in the
grease for about 4 minutes or until done.\tTake out wings and place in a bowl.
Add butter to the hot wings and sprinkle hot sauce all over the chicken.
