Vegetable Filled Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 zucchini
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms, diced
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1 c. carrots, diced
Preparation

Cut zucchini in half, scoop out pulp and dice.
Saute in butter with mushrooms, carrots, onions, salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese.
Fill shells, place in narrow baking dish.
Pour water around the zucchini.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
