Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes (4 lb.)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and dice sweet potatoes.
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Drain sweet potatoes and mash potatoes until smooth, using milk, butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix in crushed pineapple. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with marshmallows and bake for 15 minutes.
