Cheesy Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pastry for 9-inch pie shell
1 c. diced ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. half and half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Bake pie shell for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and gently prick with fork.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Let cool on a rack. Place ham in pie shell. Top with cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in half and half and seasonings.
Pour over cheese and ham.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
