Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugars, apples and vanilla until blended.
    Add flour and cinnamon.
    Mix well and bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour or until brown at 325\u00b0.
