Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. Arnett corn meal
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour 1/4 cup oil in measuring cup.
    Add milk to fill cup. Stir together dry ingredients, then add the milk and oil mixture. Stir only until mixed well.
    Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Place pan in oven until warm.
    Pour mixture in pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
