Sugarless Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tsp. margarine
    10 pitted dates, chopped
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
Preparation
    Cream margarine until soft.
    Put raisins in small amount of hot water to soften; drain.
    Mix and sift dry ingredients, fruit and nuts.
    Beat egg until fluffy and add sweetener.
    Add flour mixture in thirds and stir until just combined.
    Drop spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
