Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. liquid Butter Buds
3 c. sugar
4 Egg Beaters (1 carton)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
Preparation

Beat the first 7 ingredients until smooth.
Add the water, flour and baking soda.
Pour into 3 loaf pans or 1 pound coffee cans sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with Dream Whip on top.
Yields 3 loaves or 3 coffee cans (36 slices).
