Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 ripe banana
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; beat in egg.
    Mix in dry ingredients alternately with sour milk.
    Stir in crushed banana. Pour into greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
