Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken, cut in pieces
2 cans water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and any other seasonings you like; set aside.
Put rice, soups, water and onion in
a 9 x 12-inch pan; mix well.
Place chicken pieces on top in single layer.
Cover with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until rice and chicken are done.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until chicken is lightly browned.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
Yields 4 servings.
