Carney Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 3/4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream softened butter and sugar together; sift salt and flour together, then add to butter and sugar.
    Add nuts and vanilla. Roll into 2-inch long shape.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll hot cookies in rest of confectioners sugar several times. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
