Banana Chocolate Chip Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mint chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix soda and sour cream together and set aside.
    Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour and sour cream alternately to butter mixture.
    Stir in bananas, chocolate chips, vanilla and salt.
    Bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Freezes well.
    (Does better in two smaller loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans; adjust cooking time.)
