Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound or more ground beef
    1 can bread crumbs
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1/4 cup onions, chopped
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon mustard
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, 1 small can tomato sauce (reserve 1/4 cup), Worcestershire sauce, egg, onions, salt and pepper. Spread into iron skillet. Mix remaining ingredients for topping. Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
