Vegetable Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. margarine
2 (10 oz.) cans butterflake biscuits
Preparation

Saute vegetables in margarine 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Add fried and crumbled bacon.
Separate 1 can of biscuits into 3 to 4 layer sections and layer in Bundt pan (bottom and sides).
Sprinkle cheese and vegetables and cover with more layers of biscuits.
Do this 2 to 3 times, then put one more layer of biscuits over this mixture and fold over edges of biscuits from sides and middle. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
