Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    27 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar gradually.
    Add crackers, baking powder and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in greased pan.
    Cool. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
