Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Flour
    1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    2/3 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Shortening
    1/2 c. Sour Milk
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 - 3 Large Bananas (very ripe)
    2 Eggs (unbeaten)
    Nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Stir shortening and dry ingredients.
    Add 1/4 c. milk and mashed bananas.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and remaining milk. Beat 2 more minutes.
    Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
    Use 13 x 9 inch pan.
