Hawaiian Sweet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, butter and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add beaten eggs to yeast.
    Then add milk mixture.
    Beat in 2 cups flour.
    Add enough remaining flour to make a smooth dough that doesn't stick to hands.
    Cover with damp dish towel and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Divide into 2 parts and shape into round loaves.
    Place on greased sheet and let rise another 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until doubled.
    Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Brush with butter.
