Banana Flambe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size bananas (medium ripe)
    confectioners sugar
    flour
    1 beaten egg
    4 Tbsp. butter
    Grand Marnier liqueur
Preparation
    Cut bananas in half lengthwise.
    Carefully roll them in confectioners sugar and then in flour.
    Beat the egg in wide soup dish.
    Dip the banana strips in the egg and then into the sugar/flour mix.
    Melt butter in large frying pan and cook bananas over medium heat.
    Turn them carefully so they don't fall apart. When done, place them gently into a large serving dish.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and then generously pour Grand Marnier over them.
    Take dish to the table and light with a match before serving.
    Eat immediately.
    Serves 6 persons.
