Carolyn'S Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream or Neufchatel cheese
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans crab, drained
    6 green onions
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Slice onions, including tops.
    In heavy Dutch oven, melt cream cheese; add Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Add remaining 3 ingredients.
    Keep warm in chafing dish.
    Serve with crackers or Melba rounds.
