Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add the next 4 ingredients and blend well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture. Mix until well blended.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
