Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, stir in pecans.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at; 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean, and let cool on wire racks.
    Makes 2 loaves.
