Barb'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 1 loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients together in electric mixer.
Mix on high for 1 minute. Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tests done.
Makes 1 loaf.
