Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    3 eggs (one at a time)
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add all other ingredients and stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2 to 3 greased and floured 13 ounce coffee cans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes until knife comes out clean.
