Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a bowl; mix well.
    Stir in zucchini, cinnamon, baking powder, flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla and nuts.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans (5 x 9-inch) or 1 (5 x 9-inch) and 3 mini loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
