Pumpkin-Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh pumpkin
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, banana, sugar and oil; mix well.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and nuts.
Beat well.
Pour into 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in pans.
Remove and cool completely before slicing.
