Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried bread or cracker crumbs
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 medium onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 lb. fish fillets
Preparation
    Fry onion
    golden brown in butter.
    Add crumbs and fry until mixture is browned.
    Use half this mixture in bottom of buttered baking dish.
    Add fillets.
    Season well with salt and pepper (and a bit of oregano).
    Cover with layer of drained tomatoes, then the balance of the crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until fish is flaky.
