3 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix ingredients into stiff dough.
Let stand or set in refrigerator about 30 minutes.
This makes dough easier to roll. Roll out into thin sheets.
Mark checks in dough after rolled. Cook on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 until crisp.
