Spinach Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 or 10 oz.) pkg. frozen onions in cream sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Prepare onions in cream sauce according to package directions. Set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix onions, spinach, eggs, sour cream, butter or margarine and salt. Stir in corn muffin mix. Pour mixture into large greased casserole dish. Bake in a
    350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of corn bread and bake for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
    Makes 8 servings.
