Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Work in shortening with pastry blender. Stir in milk.
    Add raisins and seeds.
    Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead for 20 minutes.
    Place dough in greased 9-inch round pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
