Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. light sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat cheese, sugar and eggs together until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Turn oven off and leave cake in for 1 hour.
    Remove cake from oven and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve cold.
