Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 smaller ones.
    Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Pour into pans.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, for 55 to 65 minutes (9-inch pan).
    Cool slightly; loosen sides of loaf from pan.
    Remove.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    To store, wrap and refrigerate no more than 10 days.
