Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    11 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 5-cup souffle dish (or 6 individual dishes).
    Put all ingredients, except sharp and cream cheeses, into blender.
    Whip to blend.
    Add cheese by the chunk.
    Mix on high for 5 seconds. Bake for 50 minutes at 375\u00b0 (or 15 to 20 minutes for individual dishes).
