Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
1 c. pecans (optional)
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. zucchini, grated

Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients. Slowly mix dry ingredients into first mixture. Fold in zucchini. Add chocolate chips and pecans, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
