Becky'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small, ripe bananas
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Slice bananas in a large electric mixer bowl and beat until well mashed.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend, then beat at medium speed for two minutes.
    Pour into well-greased and floured, fluted tube pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes for the tube pan, 50 to 55 minutes for the oblong.
